I did my first USAT triathlon this weekend in Grantham and placed third.  I was surprised and thrilled.  My swim went really well and I was the fastest woman swimmer overall and 4th fastest behind 3 men.  The bike was OK and my run - well, time to train some more on that sport.

Sunday my sister and I did a hike in Franconia and, while we were playing around in the swimming hole at the foot of a gorgeous waterfall, Bode Miller came up the trail.  Actually, he ran up the trail with a baby on his back.  He (reluctantly, I think) let me take a couple pics of him.  So here are a bunch of photos to tell some of the story:
